This is a really clever product. The predictive software analyzes your data and thoughts, then organizes it all into a neat dashboard. You can use this to visualize your company's future plans. It's way more cost-effective than shelling out £600 an hour for a financial consultant.

Got everything up and running in about 4-6 weeks!

If you're on the hunt for dependable forecasting tools, Furtrli Predict is a solid choice to kick things off. This tool can deliver trustworthy data for the three essential documents - Cash flow, Balance sheet, and P/L, helping you figure out your direction and needs.

Of course, like any tool, the output is only as good as the input, so starting with live data is key. Your role is to understand your business well enough to create your scenarios. You bring your expertise and goals, and they provide the structure, so in about 4-6 weeks, you can have a functional forecast ready to show. I began using this product 10 weeks back and presented my first forecast to the board just 2 weeks ago.

Every tool has a learning curve, and there’s a promise of more features coming. I’m eager for the updates:

1) I’m keen to build confidence with Predict working alongside QBO (I’ve been navigating this since the start, so I can’t wait to see how this piece helps me) - just 2 weeks away!!
2) A personnel workbook for the US (they’ve got one for NZ and England - I’ve requested it, and it’s on the list; I suggested they focus on a federal version first, letting users add features like healthcare and 401K - no timeline yet, but the request is in!!
3) Tracking by annual budget - set to launch with the April rollout previewed today, featuring plenty of drill-down and KPI options too!
4) Scenarios, QB Classes usage, and additional reporting options - expected in Q4?!?

The backstory on finding Futrli: I had all my details lined up for what I wanted to track in my forecast, having tried to create my Cash flow, P/L, and Balance sheet in Excel while keeping everything intact. I tested a few options and chose Predict because it promised these three forms to work together as an extension of my QB.

With Predict and the learning curve, I managed to get the basics down in 4-6 weeks, allowing me to focus on keeping the new predictions accurate and reviewing the current ones. I was a bit let down when PREDICT didn’t function as advertised for QB, but I was assured it’s on the way, and at $35/month, I was ready to invest in this product to have a forecast ready by March.

Now that I’ve got some experience with my workarounds, I’m excited to see how this evolves over the next year, hoping that the behind-the-scenes development pays off in helping me understand how to drive the business I’m involved in.

I've tested a bunch of management accounting tools, but I really like FUTRLI. It's user-friendly, and even though I'm not super tech-savvy, I've managed to whip up some solid reports to show to the management team. The charts are straightforward to use, and the budgeting and forecasting features have been a lifesaver. Plus, their customer service is top-notch, always quick to respond and helpful with my queries.

Futrli is a solid tool, but the data pulled from Xero isn't accurate, leading to misleading forecasts. The customer support is really slow; I haven't heard back from them in over three weeks (I emailed on 19.03.21). As of 15.04.21, I'm still waiting for a response.

Futrli has won me over! I spent around half a year checking out various forecasting and reporting tools before stumbling upon this gem, and it turned out to be just what I needed. The reporting features are extensive, yet it's super easy to navigate. Plus, the training and advisory support are top-notch for getting the hang of it and pitching it to clients. I'm really having a blast using it.

Super glitchy. The features don’t always function, so you can’t rely on the results. Customer support is pretty standard and doesn’t really solve the issues; they just give you workarounds. Lacks some essential functions you’d expect in reports. The site freezes up a lot. Customization options are really limited to basic templates.

Apps such as Futrli genuinely provide the advantages of cloud accounting tools. Futrli helps me crank out monthly account packs for my clients way faster. I enjoy using graphs to showcase trends in KPIs and metrics, something many other similar applications have a hard time with. The forecasting feature is handy too, and they keep pushing the envelope with the Flow platform for their clients.

For more than half a year, we've been using Futrli. It's turned out to be an excellent resource, not just for helping clients grasp their financial status, but also for making predictions.

The assistance we've received has been outstanding when it comes to solving issues and maintaining professionalism.
